FAQ’s

Do I need to bring anything with me to the class?

Zumba is a cardio workout so we advise that you bring a bottle of water or an isotonic energy drink and a towel with you.  Also bring as many friends as you can!!! The more the merrier in Zumba and we want that party-feeling every time!

Do I need a partner?

No! Zumba is a dance workout.  It’s like going to an aerobics class – but its exercise in disguise!

 

What do I need to wear?

We recommend wearing gym/dance workout clothes.  Leggings, shorts, tracksuits and T-shirts are all OK, and as long as it’s loose fitting and comfortable then it’s fine with us! A good pair of trainers or dance sneakers is recommended as you will need some grip and support.

I’m not very fit and I can’t dance, is Zumba for me?

Zumba is a great way of getting fit and burning calories without even realising. Classes are designed to be fun-packed and are suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. The steps are simple enough to pick up and are repeated throughout the class, so anyone can learn the choreography.
